You can change what your screens are showing yourself, from your phone, using the Videri Ignite app. You do not need to contact support for routine content changes.
Videri Ignite is free and available on both platforms:
The app requires an account tied to your venue. If you do not have one yet, email support@bartalknetwork.com and ask for access.
Include your venue name and the email address you want the account created under. If more than one person at the venue will be making changes, say so and we can set them up at the same time.
Screens pull updates over the venue's internet connection, so a change made in the app takes a moment to reach the screen. If it has not appeared after a few minutes, check the venue's internet connection and then see Troubleshooting.
